The Toolkit That Saved Me
I built it with a licensed therapist to pull myself out of burnout, and now I’m sharing it with you.
There was a point not long ago where I realized something was off.
I work from home, I play games, I create content, I connect with thousands of people online every week, and yet somehow, I felt completely alone. My days blurred together. I was always on, but rarely present.
It wasn’t burnout in the dramatic sense. It was quieter than that. Just a steady hum of exhaustion.
That’s when I started working with a licensed therapist. Together, we built something that helped me start over one small, realistic step at a time. It became my Reset Toolkit.
The Toolkit isn’t a magic fix or a motivational poster. It’s a set of practical tools and exercises designed for people like us - gamers, creators, remote workers, anyone who spends a lot of time online and sometimes forgets where the “off” switch is.
Inside, you’ll find a worksheet and prompts that help you:
Reconnect with yourself when you feel stuck.
Reset your energy after long days online.
Build better daily rhythms without losing your creative flow.
Handle stress and burnout before they spiral.
This is the exact tool I use when I start feeling that drift again. The moments when I catch myself scrolling instead of living. Every time, they bring me back.
I made this for myself. But I’m sharing it because I think a lot of us feel this way and just don’t say it out loud.
So if you’ve been running on empty lately, I hope this helps you find your footing again.

It’s free. No gimmicks. Just something real that worked for me.
Every time I catch myself slipping back into the cycle of exhaustion, I come back to these same tools. They remind me that small resets lead to big change and that progress doesn’t come from overhauling everything overnight, but from showing up for yourself one step at a time.
If this helped you, or if you’re working through something similar, please leave a comment. I’d love to hear your story.
Let’s reset together.
